Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on DKGROWTHSMM, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. General

We provide social media marketing (SMM) services such as followers, likes, views and subscribers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, X (Twitter) or any other platform.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and API key safe. All activity under your account is your responsibility. One person may not run multiple accounts to abuse offers or bonuses.

3. Orders

• Make sure your profile or post is public and the link is correct before ordering. Orders on private accounts or wrong links cannot be refunded.
• Do not place two orders for the same link at the same time. Wait until the first order is completed.
• Do not change your username, delete the post or make the account private while an order is running.
• Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Speed can vary with platform conditions.

4. Refill & Drops

Refill is provided only on services marked with refill. Drops can happen on any platform. Services marked "No Refill" are not eligible for refill or refund after completion.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

• Funds added to your balance are not refundable to your bank, UPI or card. They can only be used to buy services.
• Orders that cannot be completed (or are cancelled by the provider) are refunded to your panel balance, fully or for the undelivered part.
• Once an order has started, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party gateways. If money was deducted but the balance was not added within 10 minutes, contact support with your payment screenshot and UTR/transaction ID. Chargebacks or disputes without contacting support may lead to account suspension.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, hate, abuse, adult or harmful content, or to violate any platform's rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the panel, the API or support, without refund of used balance.

8. Prices & Changes

Prices, services and these terms can change at any time without notice. Continuing to use the panel means you accept the updated terms.

9. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any particular result, ranking or permanent retention. Use our services at your own risk. We are not liable for account actions taken by social media platforms.
